The item attached to your toy is a Roblox virtual item, not an in-game item. Follow the instructions below to redeem your Roblox virtual item.

Use your UGC Code to redeem your virtual item.

Make sure you're logged into the Roblox account on which you want to receive your DLC reward.

Go to the official Code Redemption Page on Roblox.

Enter your UGC Code in the box.

Click Redeem.

Check out your awesome new item in your account's Inventory. Make sure you check the correct Inventory category (e.g. hat, backpack, head, accessories, etc.).

NOTE: A virtual item code can only be redeemed to an individual’s account once. If you have a code for a virtual item that your account already owns, you can share the code with another user. These items cannot be traded or sold.

Find the DLC token that came with your product, then scratch-off to reveal its DLC code.

Log into Roblox and launch DRESS TO IMPRESS.

In the game, click the CODES box on the left side of your screen. In the popup that opens, click the pink DLC Code button located above the popup. This will open a second popup called DLC CODES. In this popup, enter the DLC code on your token, then click Redeem.

Collect your in-game reward and have fun!
